Probleme de connection Firefox Sync

Bonjour,

J'ai besoin de votre aide pour désactiver la double vérification de Firefox Sync car je n'est plus le portable avec l'application et je n'est pas garder le code de secours 10 chiffres.
Mais j'ai le mot de passe Firefox Sync. Y a t il une solution ?

J'ai un problème plus ou moins similaire.
(n'hésitez pas à me rediriger ou me préciser si ce commentaire n'a pas à sa place dans cette discussion )

Après avoir réinitialiser mon ordinateur et installer frfx j'ai souhaité récupérer mes marques pages et mes mot des passe.
Malheureusement je n'y parviens pas:

• Je me connecte avec mon compte frfx sur mon ordinateur

• Firefox me demande d'ajouter mon numéro de téléphone pour synchroniser mon ordinateur avec un deuxième appareil, ce que je fais (une popin en bas de page indique également que la synchronisation va commencer)

• Sur mon téléphone (déjà connecté au compte frfx ) j'ouvre le lien recu par message qui m'ouvre une page avec "Vous êtes connecté en tant que ..." apparait sur la page. Je peux également clicker sur un lien vers mes params Sync de frfx mobile, mais rien qui me permet de valider ma tentative de synchro sur pc

• Sur mon pc, même si les informations de about:preferences#sync me laisse penser que je suis bien connecté à mon compte, je n'ai pas accés à mes marque pages ni mots de passe de mon compte. Même en tentant de relancer plusieurs fois la synchronisation via le menu ou en me déconnectant/reconnectant (sur mobile et desktop)(ce qui me fait reprendre depuis le premier point) / (2-3 heures passés dessus)

• En bref je suis bien connecté à firefox mais impossible de récup les données de mon compte :/

A savoir:

• Je suis sur frfx développeur édition sur desktop mais j'ai également essayé sur la version 'normale'

• Desktop: frfx 66.0b10 (64 bits), Mobile: frfx 63.0.2, (je suis également connecté sur mon ordi pro qui ce trouve sur mon lieu de travail)

• J'ai plusieurs logs d'erreur error-sync-....txt dans Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/ox2qgbwb.dev-edition-default/weave/logs tel que le suivant

Tentez de contourner votre problème avec la technique du profil.
Vous prenez le profil d’un de vos Firefox sur un de vos appareils, vous le mettez sur une clef USB, vous le collez sur votre Windows réinitialisé et

Hey Cucurbitacé,
Merci pour ta réponse rapide, j'apprécie.
J'ai essayé de récupérer ces infos via mon mobile sans succès, je suis aller les chercher dans mes fichiers android/data/..firefox.., je n'ai rien.
J'appliquerais la technique de récupération demain avec mon pc travail. Je viendrais préciser si cette dernière et la sync de mon ordi perso a marché.
