Impossible de telecharger

Bonjour

Pourquoi il est impossible de télécharger des driver depuis le site d'ATI avec Firefox? Sa marche avec tout les autre navigateur, mais avec Firefox on obtiens cette erreur:

There could be several reasons why you're seeing this page:

* You clicked on a link on a site that is not part of the AMD domain (e.g. not support.amd.com).
* You're using a download manager. Download managers usually offer to search for alternative download locations. While this is nice for the user, it's bad for the webmaster because a download which originated on another site could theoretically still be downloaded from this site, without anybody knowing. Workaround to this restriction: Set up your download manager to send a HTTP referrer, and when you click on a link on the AMD site the download will then be authorized.
* Your browser did not send a referrer. This normally happens if you right click on a link and select save-as, or if you copy and paste a link into a new browser window and press Enter. It may also be that your browser is set up to not send any referrer. Left clicking on a link works just fine and has been tested in IE, FireFox, Netscape , Opera and Mozilla.
* Some software firewalls (such as Norton Personal Firewall or ZoneAlarm) remove the referrer from HTTP requests which will block any downloads on any site that does a referrer check. Hence such options should always be turned off. In Norton go to the Privacy Settings and disable browser privacy (which doesn't really protect your privacy anyway as your IP address will always be logged regardless of that setting), in ZoneAlarm go to Privacy -> Cookie Control -> Custom and uncheck "remove private header information".
* If you use a mozilla based browser (Mozilla, Firefox or Netscape Navigator), referrer sending can also be deactivated (it is activated by default). To change that setting, browse to "about:config", then search for "network.http.sendRefererHeader". If the value is set to 1, referrer sending is enabled, if it is set to 0, it is disabled. To enable it, double click on it, then change the value.

As-tu fait les vérifications suite aux indications du message d'erreur ? Pour une fois que c'est bien complet, bravo à eux.

J'ai vu avec le support technique d'AMD ,apparemment je serai un problème isolé donc je doit contacter mon FAI. J'ai donc fait des recherche moi même et je suis loin d'être le seul a avoir se problème. Seul solution passer par IE. Mais pourquoi? Problème de réglage de Firefox?

vérifie ceci :

• Tape about:config dans la barre d'adresse, promets..
• Colle network.http.sendRefererHeader dans le filtre
• vérifie la valeur par défaut, elle doit être sur 2..mets-la si elle n'y est pas puis redémarre Firefox

Si oui, pour quel matériel car il n'y a apparemment aucun problème.

La valeur par défaut était sur 0, sa sert a quoi de changer cette valeur?
Et oui c'est a partir de cette page, (carte graphique HD5770 > Windows 7 64 )

est-ce que ça fonctionne ? La valeur par défaut à la l'installation de Firefox est "2" ...la valeur "0" ne l'étant pas.

Je viens de télécharger Catalyst_10.12_CCC2_Preview_Win7_Dec7.exe (110 Mo) sans aucune difficulté.

Classiquement, essayez déjà en mode sans échec de Firefox (sans rien réinitialiser) et, si c'est pareil, avec un nouveau profil (sans supprimer l'actuel).

À vérifier aussi. Le téléchargement utilise des serveurs Akamai. Vérifiez que vous n'avez pas un logiciel de sécurité qui fait du zèle.

Pas de changement, mais sa marche sur ma machine virtuelle sous XP....Bizarre

Tan pi je téléchargerai avec IE quand je serai bloqué,pour l'instant c'est juste sur le site d'AMD, encore heureux....

Essaye en mode sans échec de Firefox. (sans rien cocher)peut-être une extension qui fout la zone !..
