menu deroulant_ transformation

Bonjour,
Je m'occupe depuis peu du site d'une association, site créé avec des frames et un menu déroulant en php (je n'y connais pas grand'chose et on m'a dit tous ces détails...).
Pour améliorer le référencement du site, il faudrait refondre le site pour supprimer les frames.
Je débute mais petit à petit, comme les pages du site n'ont pas une architecture trop élaborée, j'arrive à refaire ces pages.
Mon gros problème : garder un menu déroulant mais je n'y arrive pas. Je parviens à faire un menu avec "tout visible", mais même avec une feuille de style copiée sur http://css.alsacreations.com/xmedia/exe ... zontal.htm
je n'y arrive pas ...

La feuille de styles ne suffit sans doute pas. Il y a aussi un peu de Javascript Inside.
Y aurait-il une adresse (même temporaire) à laquelle nous pouvons voir le code?
Autre possibilité, poster le code de la page ici-même.

Pour ma part, j'aurai énormément de peine. La liste des éléments de tableaux imbriqués me paraît fort impressionnante. Cette page a certainement été réalisée avec un outil qui produit automatiquement du code sur base d'une disposition arbitraire d'éléments déposés sur une page. Au moins d'après mes souvenirs de ce que peut faire le logiciel DW.
Je m'en voudrais de provoquer le moindre découragement, mais si quelqu'un d'autre voyait comment aborder le problème sans tout refaire de zéro...

Merci de cet avis mais quand je parle des pages du site pas trop élaborées, j'évoque les autres que le menu qui est un "frame" à part que je n'arrive pas à refaire en html "à ma portée". J'essaie de faire des listes avec le css que j'ai récupéré mais ça ne donne rien

Je me disais donc qu'il y avait peut-être un moyen de transformer et d'incorporer le frame php du menu... à une page refaite .

Bonjour,
Cette page en tableaux fortement imbriqués est particulièrement difficile à exploiter (voir impossible) avec Kompozer/Nvu.

Si on pouvait avoir une vue de l'aspect de la page (ex: copie d'écran), on pourrait peut être orienter sur une page de construction simple avec un menu déroulant tel que souhaité ci-dessus qui ne change en rien le design.
