Bonjour,
je viens de changer de Mac et téléchargé Firefox. mais pb : il quitte régulièrement avec le message cité en sujet de ce post... quand je tente de re-télécharger Firefox, visiblement je n'ai pas les droits alors que je suis allée dans l'application et me suis donné tous les droits en lecture et écriture... bon je ne suis pas informaticienne donc ... langue au chat !

Bonjour,

Commence déjà par désinstaller cette vieille version et installe la dernière (3.6.13). À prendre ici http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/ ou ici http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html.

Si tu as toujours des plantages avec Firefox 3.6.13, tape about:crashes dans la barre d'adresse de Firefox.

Dans la page qui s'ouvre, clic droit sur sur les deux ou trois derniers rapports de crash récents > Copier l'adresse du lien. Tu colles l'adresse des liens ici dans un message ici (copie à faire une par une).
