Is there life after roboform? My husband used roboform to store his passwords and didn't like it. After uninstalling it, his Yahoo account now won't recognize him or his password. What can he do? Tried yahoo customer area, but was no help. We need the e-mail address for our business. It's listed on all of our cards and we can't access it.

Close Firefox and rename the files cookies.sqlite (cookies), signons3.sqlite et key3.db (passwords) by adding .BAK at the end (=> cookies.sqlite.BAK, signons3.sqlite.BAK, key3.db.BAK). They are in your profile (see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox).
