Firefox Plante

Bonjour,
Je suis nouveau sur ce forum et je vous remercie de m’accueillir,
J'ai un portable Asus Vivobook Pro 17 Processeur Intel Core I7-8565U 1.80GHz 1.99GHz 16Go de RAM Système exploitation 64Bits avec une installation de Windows 11 Famille 24H2
J'utilise Firefox depuis toujours, je le tiens à jour constamment.
Mon problème est le suivant : Suite à une mise à jour de Windows 11 Famille 24H2 les KB5055523 et KB5054979 mon Firefox s'ouvre normalement, mais dès que je vais sur un site n'importe lequel et que je dois taper des informations au clavier, mon Firefox m’éjecte et me demande de le fermer et envoie des infos à Mozilla et je suis obligé de re ouvrir Firefox. J'ai vérifié que le pilote de clavier soit à jour, j'ai essayé de réparer Firefox mais rien n'y fait, il a toujours la même attitude. J'ai même essayé également de revenir en arrière sur les deux mises à jour mais le problème reste le même.
Je me tourne vers vous pour s'avoir si quelqu'un à eu ce problème ou que quelqu'un a une solution a me proposer.

As-tu essayé d'utiliser le mode sans échec de Firefox ? Est-ce que le souci est identique ?
À la souris, va dans le menu d'aide puis "Mode de dépannage…" et valide le redémarrage.

Bonjour,
Oui j'ai essayé le mode sans échec et le souci est bien la.
Le mode dépannage aussi je pense ne rien avoir laisser au hasard
Je pense que c'est du à ces mises à jour ! même en les enlevant le problème est rester.

Tu peux essayer de :
  • télécharger la version ESR de Firefox (c'est ici, sur le site officiel)
  • désinstaller le Firefox actuel (sans supprimer le profil)
  • installer la version ESR (sans le lancer directement ensuite)
  • lancer cette ligne de commande :

    Code : Tout sélectionner

    firefox  -p
  • choisir le profil que tu as déjà
… puis voir si le souci persiste.
