Avec Firefox j’utilise la fonction de synchronisation qui fonctionne très bien entre mes appareils : PC portable, smartphone
J'ai également un PC hybride,Transformer Book Asus avec Windows 10 64 bits. Sur ce PC, quelle que soit la version de Firefox, à chaque lancement , je suis obligée de me re-connecter à mon compte Firefox.

Sur l'aide Mozilla, je ne trouve pas de solution, j'ai même échangé sur Bugzilla, sans succès.

Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider.

Heuuuu si les super pros de Bugzilla, donc ceux qui programment carrément Firefox, n’ont pas pu vous aider, sur un forum de bénévoles, juste pour de l’entraide sur comment utiliser Firefox, cela va être très difficile.

Toutefois voyez le démarrage en > mode sans échec <=.

As-tu vérifié les paramètres de confidentialité (historique, cookies) notamment :
=> ☰ (menu) > Préférences > Vie privée et sécurité > Supprimer les cookies et les données des sites à la fermeture de Firefox (décocher la case).

Je vous précise qu'avant d'envoyer mon message, je venais de créer un nouveau profil et que pendant quelques fermetures/ouvertures la connexion avait bien lieu, avant de dérailler à nouveau.

Dans les options Firefox la suppression des cookies n'était pas activée.
Le mode sans échec n'a pas empêché le problème

Au cas où cela vous aiderait je vous joins le rapport d'erreur de synchronisation, après que j'ai relancé Firefox en mode normal.
