Thunderbird crashes when writing an email
Publié : 29 avr. 2020, 17:45
Hi,
Recently, when writing an email (or replying/forwarding) Thunderbird crashes.
I get a pop up windows saying:
"Save Message,
Your draft message was not copied to your drafts folder (Drafts) due to networkor file access errors.
You can retry or save the draft locally to Local Folders/Drafts."
Then thunderbird shuts down and the "Mozilla Crash Reporter" window comes up.
When restarting, my email has gone and cannot be found in drafts.
Please help this is very time consuming.
Thanks to all
JPC
