Il y a une solution d’enquête ; retirez vos fichiers userChrome.css et userContent.css.
pas de UserContent.css
lorsque je retire UserChrome.css
ma barre perso est sur 1 ligne avec double fl^mche en haut à droite
l'agencement des barres est :
Barre de Titre
Barre de Menu masqué (affichable via "Alt")
Barre d'onglets
Barre d'adresse
et enfin Barre Perso (sur 1 ligne)

Créez un nouveau fichier userChrome.css vierge et par étapes copiez/collez les lignes de code, pas toutes en même temps.
j'ai appliqué ta méthode, , j'ai donc copié dans un UserChrome Vierge :
1) la section : /* Makes bookmarks toolbar span multiple rows */ =>
pas de rectangle Noir
2) j'ai ajouté la section : /* Hide the all-bookmarks button */ =>
pas de rectangle Noir
3) j'ai ajouté la section : /* TABS: on bottom */ =>
pas de rectangle Noir
4) j'ai ajouté la section : /* TABS: height */ =>
pas de Rectangle Noir
5) j'ai ajouté la section : /* drag space */ =>
pas de Rectangle Noir
et enfin j'ai ajouté la section : /* Override vertical shifts when moving a tab */
===>>> Le rectangle Noir apparaît <<<===
Donc il y aurait peut être un pb dans cette dernière section ...
