FIREFOX gets stuck
Publié : 15 mai 2018, 08:27
Hello,
macOS High Sierra 10.13.4. Firefox 60.0
Following yesterday's installation of last version (60.0) I have a problem with Firefox on one - and only one - of the accounts on my MAC : when I launch Firefox the home page displays ok, the first site I access displays ok but from then onwards nothing else responds : Firefox is really stuck.
I have alreday tried to clean the cache, recover previous sessions, but the problem persists. Is there a file created and used by Firefox, specific to this account, that I must get rid of in order to unblock the situation ? (I suppose I can also re-install Firefox from scratch on my computer but how do I make sure there is no spurious file left around that will make the problem persist ?).
Thanks for any help available.
