Changement de langue lors des updates automatiques

J'suis pas une pro de l'informatique et je me perds dans tous ces messages.
Dans about:config, j'ai remis "fr" mais pas de changement.
Que faire ?

Kaspersky semble être le coupable, ils redirigent le téléchargement de la version localisée vers la version anglaise https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1461332

Une information

Pour ma part n'utilise pas le module Kaspersky mise à jour des programmes

À chaque nouvelle release Majeure Firefox procéde toujours à une nouvelle installation firefox manuelle

Ai constaté lors de la désinstallation firefox 59.02 le désinstallateur firefox en Anglais

Pour ma part Firefox 60 (x64 fr) installé le 09 05 2018

Actuellement sous firefox 60.0.1 (x64 fr) installé le 17 05 2018

Désolé pour mon absence cette semaine.
J'ai réinstallé une version 59.0.3 FR mais la mise à jour concernant la langue a bien fonctionné cette fois. En revanche le module de maintenance est resté en 59.0.3 au lieu de passer en 60.0.1 comme le programme principal. Du coup je ne sais pas si mettre les lignes de la console peut aider.
En revanche, je tiens à préciser que je n'utilise JAMAIS Kaspersky.
Sur mes ordi Perso c'est Windows Defender et sur les ordis du bureau où je rencontre le même problème c'est Symantec EndPoint => donc rien à voir avec Kaspersky
