Bonjour


cela fait environ 6 mois que j'envoie des messages concernant ce curieux plantage. Comme je n'ai pas de retour... je viens vers vous.

le plantage se fait SYSTEMATIQUEMENT sur la page de LOGIN du site EBAY.FR

j'envoie le rapport de plantage, relance firefox soit par la demande proposée soit par moi-même.

ou bien
j'attends qu'il soit complètement fermé et le relance.

je suis sous LINUX
et le souci est le même d'un ordinateur à un autre sous linux - debian.

Lorsque je suis sous windows ce problème est inexistant.

QUESTIONS
en dehors de cette situation

le système d'envoi de rapports est-il opérationnel réellement ?
Y a t'il un intérêt à envoyer les rapports de plantage ,
y a t'il des addons qui plantent avec certains sites ?
Si oui lesquels ?

Merci de mettre le rapport illisible que tu as mis, entre code... (tu sélectionnes tout le rapport et tu cliques sur le bouton code).

Pour des rapports lisibles... ►Tapes about:crashes dans la barre d'adresse, via le clic droit copies une par une les adresses des liens pour 4-5 derniers rapports envoyés, dans ton prochain message.

Et aussi... ►Tapes about:support dans la barre d'adresse et copie ici la partie "accélération graphique".
Indique nous aussi, si le multi-processus (sur la même page, en haut) est activé.

Pour la page de connexion, désactive totalement Flash (avant qu'une page l'utilise, il faut plus son processus actif) et vérifie à nouveau ce que ça donne !..

► Vérifier en mode sans échec de Firefox. Peut-être une extension qui fout la zone !..
Pour passer en mode sans échec de Firefox : Menu "?" (ou bouton ☰ > Aide) ► redémarrer avec les modules désactivés....

Dans le cas où le problème n'est plus en mode sans échec... Relancer Firefox en mode normal, désactiver les extensions (extensions, thème)et ré-activez-les une par une...tout en vérifiant le retour du problème, jusqu’à trouver la coupable.
Ensuite vérifier tout de même si cela vient d'un problème de paramètre de celle-ci.
