j’ai le plaisir d’utiliser Thunderbird (« TB ») 52.9.1 (32bits), avec plusieurs (7) adresses-mail chez plusieurs FAI . TB fonctionne bien.
Seul l’un de mes contacts me cause du souci : j’ai 11 contacts SFR qui fonctionnent bien avec TB; un seul contact SFR refuse de transmettre mes mails, avec le message d’erreur : « Client host rejected: Abus detecte GU_EIB_04 »
Je vois chez Spamhaus ( http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ ) que mon adresse IP est bloquée: « 86.194.XXXXXXX is listed on the Policy Block List (PBL)"
J’ai lu l’aide de TB (merci!) , et je vois que « the reason is simply that you need to turn on "SMTP Authentication" in your email program settings. «
mon SMTP est « smtp.orange.fr » port 465
QUESTION : comment activer cette « authentification SMTP » chez orange ? je n’ai pas trouvé !
Voici la copie d’écran de TB (impossible de la joindre: c'est dommage !) : port 465
actuellement, pour "smtp.orange.fr", j’ai l’option « mot de passe normal »
pour activer l'authentification de mon smtp orange, faut-il cocher « Mot de passe chiffré » ? "AuTH2"? "NTLM" ? "pas d'authentification" ? autre chose ?
