Move Firefox data from a mobile to another

Hi, I have to move this software from a mobile to another. Can you tell me what data files I have to transfer (name, location) from the old to the new mobile in order to not lose any data.

Il faut utiliser Firefox Sync qui permet également la synchronisation avec les données de ton Firefox sur ordinateur :
